*lol* Mine says Statistics sine 1/1/1980 12:00:00 AM as well :P That's Vista Professional for you :P Anywho my computer gets restarted about once every 3-4 weeks, just because it decides it just can't take it any longer.. or Microsoft run updates while I'm asleep and then it restarts. It's never off for more than 2 or 3 mins at a time, and has been this way since July of last year XD

after remembering some command prompts... those in Vista should type in "net statistics workstation" Mine's been up since 4/20/09 and 8:00:25. And that was when I installed my latest version of Anti-Virus :P

lol mine says 4/17 at 3:42 am, but that's just because it automatically rebooted itself for an update lol

My laptop slows down after a few days on, so I reboot it every 3 days or so.

Vista is not that bad right? Everyone says its the worst software. I'm not really good with computers but, is it? AND PEOPLE: Shut down your computer. The OS just doesn't work for me and I don't like the computers in general. As for the shutting down.. nah. I turn Monitor #1 off whenever I'm not at the computer and I dim my laptop screen all the way down. As for saving the planet. The planet won't go anywhere. Just the life on it =P. But trust me I do my part for this planet. So does my school. They have put a ban on selling plastic at my school.. and we already don't use plastic lol. All of our disposable cutlery, cups, and many other things are made of the PLA Plastic and we don't have paper towels or garbage cans.. everything is either recycled or composted XD. Plus all the buildings are LEED Silver Certified. So with that said.. I'ma leave my computer on for the convenience of instant Neo-Gratification :P

I never shut down my laptop, just close it.... Until it starts acting silly n than I have to clear the memory and restart it :D
