You're telling me what to do? *unsure* I've responded publicly because he made it public by making this and blaming Dmitri for it! All i've done is respond in the means used. I guess I could have pm'ed him to explain when I locked, but actually gave him enough credit to think he would understand. Meanwhile the next step up would have been to send a warning when locking, which also wasn't needed, he made the topic before the rules even came into place, and yeah, a warning just wasn't needed!

As for the rules/guidelines boards, it was created after another user showed some concerns at the current number of recruitment boards (since the majority are just recruitment) and when summer comes along... yeah Also, I originally intended the malling forums to be a form of getting help & and advice but I'll have a list of guidelines up soon but I can only do so much a day :P Currently, my free time is completely used up with portal 7 finalizing, etc and making some changes to my own mall as well in terms of graphics, etc Anyways sorry that you were offended but the mods are just trying to keep this site organized so newer users can read older topics (like selling advice) without having to sift through mall opening topics from 10 years ago :P

I appreciate not wanting to clutter the boards with recruitment topics, but the feature that's available for that purpose is pretty limited - would it be possible to have a separate section for mall/NB ad recruitment? Sometimes a little extra info/discussion is really necessary and helpful.

When you click on the toolbar (under malls), there are lots of options. Under noticeboard ads in particular, You can see how much the fee is, when peak is,spots available and under info there are little papers and if you click on them they are linked to petpages that are loaded w/additional info... Very nice new feature. My fav part? "new entries will expire within 2 weeks on Mondays unless they are renewed" Thats great so old entries don't sit and clutter and its easier to find people looking/openings... Nice work Dmitri :D
