Emily is a bot at least I think so. Be very careful using BBB, however that is what my lawyer encoraged me to do when I had my account froze, as they can IP ban you quick and they will watch like a hawk. However after hearing that worked for somebody semi tempted to do it. I can imagine they have a few complaints. I just finally gave up on getting that one back though.

I'd say just keep trying till it reaches the right person :(

Gah, I used to go to neoitems ALL the time... Until they started getting a little outdated and JN got their items thingy up... I'm sorry to hear you got frozen.. My first account got frozen (a 6 months account) for quoting someone else that made a "not hard to figure out" typo for annual... It was strike one and I find it rather mean of them to freeze without warnings *shrugs* On my current account I went up to a 48 hours suspension and all for silly things.. they've been getting meaner and meaner along time

I was frozen a few months ago when TDN got hacked and my details were compromised. I got my account back after about 3 days and totally intact :D I know it helps being premium and having lots of info about your account. Good luck getting it sorted out.

wow I didnt know you can use BBB for things like neopets. Interesting really. I hope they shut down this site now that its no good anymore. Noooooooo!!!! Not until I reach shop size 4000 Make theat when I get to 4000. The thought of this site going just makes me sad... real sad.. I meant shut down the people that did wrong and hopefully get everything back to nomal. When I first went there when it went all wierd I was like what is going on. Is that when it got hacked or does anyone know?
