I am currently not using it for anything but I bet you guys have some cool tricks up your sleeve that you use it for. Give me ideas! *lol* I know there has to be some sort of handy use for it! (I am talking about the portal btw)
What do you use the 'Comments' feature for?

Nope. The same thing as you, not doing anything for it. I really don't think its that useful anyways...
You're in for a surprise. Your wish has just been granted!

The comment section on item sales? If that is the area you are talking about I use mine to record when an item sells that is less than 1000 np's this way I can see when an item is really hot without it recording anywhere else.

Whenever I make price changes I key in the comment "price change" and the date when I changed the price. Next time when the stock is gone, I know how fast (in how many days) the stocks depleted so I know it must have been a good idea to raise the price if that were the case. If not, I would turn it back to the original price.
LOL. ^Something I made up.

In the Item Database section: I put "Quest" in there to differentiate between regular items and Quest items. If I snipe an item, I'll put "snipe" that way if my "Bought @" price goes from 80 nps to 80,000 nps I'll know why.
In the Sales History section: If I have either higher or lower profits than usual I type in an explanation. For example one day most of the NB images went down and on the first page there were only 3 still up including my mall...... Or if our ad was not posted in the top spot for our peak day....... of if I wasn't at the top of my hut.... stuff like that. :D

I'm very anal about my shop, I like to make sure that my portal is precise on what I spend on an item and what I sell it for. Soooo when I restock or buy an item that I'm not putting in my shop yet, I use the comments section to put how much I spent on it, and also that alerts me that there's one in my sdb.

I use it to explain instances where my profit margin is much higher. I got an item in a shop for 1500 and it sold for 13K & another for 4K and it sold for 50K. Also, I when I play key quest I win codestones so I have no cost for these so the day I put the extras in my shop I note it in the comments section. This way I know why my percentages are so much higher those days.

That's a good idea. I know 98% of my quest items on sight, but there are a few that I have to check my pet page quest guide to see whether they are or not.
And, I know I used the comment box for the first time recently, but I can't remember what for. I think it was for an item that had a big change in price, but now I'll have to look when I get home to see what it was.
