Everytime I go to enter my shop history, it glitches out and deletes the history and closes the portal...
EDIT: It also will not let me update my Shop Front/Database.
EDIT2: I just realized: my little brother stuck me on IE (bleh!) I switched to Firefox and it now works! Sorry for my many updates. I was in panic mode. :o

That's good to hear! I look forward to it, the Firefox on my Windows computer kind of sucks big time.

Hello! I am new here and I'm expieriencing the same problem.
I downloaded the portal last night (pro) and it has a big error on sales history and closes down when I click confirm.
However, on that second page, the top of the portal says: " Error found at: 9:16:15'Type Mismatch' "
- i use firefox, latest version
- i should have latest version of the portal, pro
- it just won't let me update my sales history
I've gone through posts on the forum and the help section. I think I'm doing everything like it is supposed to be done.
I think I'm going to reinstall the portal and I hope that helps.. But any other advice is welcome before I do so :)

I deleted the portal, because it wasn't even opening after a couple attempts. I think there went something wrong while I installed it.
It was beyond savable :)
My friend thinks my pc is to blame, so he's going to look at it first.

Make sure you install the core version first (and not the update)
