It has been mentioned to only send in one ticket. Sending in more than one ticket only slows the process down for you and all the other accounts. TNT is working on it. I'm very sorry your account has been frozen. A lot of people have been hit with this. If you have a side account, you can always play games on it until your main is back up and running. Would only recommend playing games not stocking, visiting pet pages or user lookups.
Does anyone know after getting your account back do petpages keep the coding they had. Just when I visit the pages at the moment they just have the standard layouts. I am hoping they keep the coding as having to recode 4 petpages with what I had before will be a pain.

The other thing about playing side account, I don't want to do that. They may think I've moved on and don't want my account anymore, so I will wait from my main to play again. :)
Add blondie525 to the frozen list, we don't know how she got frozen because she stopped playing due to RL issues in Mid-May, and I asked her to remove her banner at the end of last month, and she was still able to get on then. D=
