I was running a test Notice Board Ad to triple check everything was working properly.
However it tells me that I have over 2,000 characters when I try to post. According to Microsoft Word I only have 1989
Does the title count or something? =/

I shortened out parts that looked unimportant to me, but apparently it didn't fit the reqs cause its been over 20 minutes since i've posted both and they didn't appear :K

If you're talking about posting a 1002NP advertisements in the noticeboard then there's no need to be alarmed that your advertisement did not show up. Often you will see the advertisement 12 hours later or less. 20 minutes is minimal.
Oh. I forgot to add that this has happened to me before (having too much characters), the thing is, whenever this happen to me is that I'm either close to the character limit or I have been checking the advertisement that I'm going to post too much. I often delete excessive characters like the &nb or #p coding if this happen. It's better to have their shop link in tact than not have the advertisement be posted at all. =)
