Depends. if it's a workplace laptop with certain tracking software installed then yeah, otherwise no.

What do you mean she knows everything you do? Is it just the websites you visit or every mouse click and every program opened, etc

does ur laptop seem to run really slow sometimes? if you look at the bottum right hand corner of ur screen where you have ur apps running do you see a suspicious icon that you dont know what it is?? she either has a key logger on ur comp or she has a special software installed on ur computer that links urs and hers so she can see everything you do, and even go thru files on ur comp thru hers....just be a good girl, k?

She must have installed something on it. It can be running and hidden to install so it is a little hard to walk someone through. I would ask her what in the world she did and demand she tell you how to remove it. It is your sister afterall.

Just format it. reinstall windows, and put a password on it.
