Yes, I know him. He was one of my first "Chocolate" category filler back in the beginning days of my advertisement. He is surely a nice person and I suggest you to keep his neopoints until he comes back. I actually have had 2 people frozen and I still have their neopoints in my bank. I never would want to spend it but in future references, I do not count it as my own neopoints. If ever they decide to come back, I prefer giving their neopoints to them. If not, it will stay in my bank forever. There was one incident about this that has left me surprised. Someone actually claimed to be the person that had paid me for the advertisement saying that it is him who got frozen and he would like to get his neopoints back. I had to double check his friends whom I knew to see if it was really him because I really didn't want to give over 200k neopoints to someone that is just claiming that they are who they are. Long story short, he ended up to be fraud.

What about using the neopoints to give the other posters on your ad a break -- subtract the 250 from 4MIL and share it with everyone that week. I would wait at least 2 months before I did anything with it though because it takes time to get accounts back and with so many gone at once I am sure it will take longer.
