Hi everyone. i got iced and rebuilding. my new main is 5hield. ok cutting the story short im trying to make a new counter for my new main shop. but when i try to create it, it says this: User: 5tar Preparing to create counter... Writing main database... Duplicate entry '5tar' for key 1 Does this mean i have to make a new neomaller counter too get 5hield shop counter?

Oh, sorry for your loss. I hope you get your account back. It seems like every time I log in now, I shake vigorously in nervousness with the thought that my account may get frozen as well. Clicking that log in button gets real hard nowadays.

Registration Guidelines (important): 1. You are limited to ONE neomallers account. Any additional accounts may be disabled by admin. NOTE: NeoMallers usernames cannot be changed due to the complexity of the database system so please choose wisely. Creating a new one won't work either since many of its services are tied to your neopets username. crap theres my answer :( O well i guess i cant have a counter for my new main account :(

Why can't you can keep the one you had and explain that it was from your other main account and that is why the count is so high? You might have to wait a few days though as Dmitri is on holiday right now, he is checking in whenever he gets an internet connection though. That could be several days or it could be today. I'm sorry you got hit again Bob.
