have you lied about being over 13 on neopets to get to do the cool stuff?
I wanted to have my parents fill out the parents permission form, but they wouldn't so I lied about being 13 and but that I was born in 1996 in stead of 1997. So am I the only one or has any on else done it too?
i just did it because my mom didn't want to fax it. Normally my dad pays for the online stuff me and my sister do, beacuase he does a lot off computer games, he didn't want to fax it so that i could do it so all i had to do was say i was born in 1996.

I am sorry your parents would not sign the permission form! I let my kids play on Neopets for about 8 months before I signed the permission form because I wanted to protect them from weirdos. I didn't even think about the viruses and cookie grabber programs then. If you can, ask your parents why they would not sign your permission form and then tell them what it would mean (you can ask for help on the games and make your shop look different and that's about it). Talking to parents is always good and not all parents refuse to listen.
If you do continue to use the account you set-up know that if NEO finds out you are not the age you said your account will be frozen. Also, you need to use the programs Dmitri suggests when on NEO. If you don't the cookie grabbers can get into your parents' bank account, credit card account, and even get their tax information which could allow them to have their identity stolen.

I went to a store that charged me $1.50 to fax it. Maybe you could earn the money to fax it?
