Considering 200k on a nb ad---need advice.
Do you think it would be worth the investment. It would put me on page 3--toward the bottom of the page--in the ads. Any advice? Would it be better to be on page 4 toward the top?

Nope. Had a 4m nb ad top of page 2 and hits were maybe 1/6th that of page 1. The later pages must be worse

Not worth it my mall has like 400-500k nb ads and I only get like 1-2 hits a day.

I would have to agree that it would not be worth it. You would probably be better off putting 200 - 250k in on a 4 Mil Notice Board Ad.

I'm really not sure I could handle restocking from a 4mil ad--unless I am over estimating the impact. During the week I have trouble keeping up. That is a whole issue on itself. Books! Reasonable Prices!! http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=kermat13&misc

Most of your items are only a couple hundred nps above SW. Some are even lowest on SW. You definitely have to raise your prices if you want to be able to manage your stock more efficiently. And don't forget your a MM shop so don't be afraid of going over SW.

I did have them up and sales tanked--they were up about 500 from ssw. I think I am going to start raising them a little more. I did spend 100k on nb adds--somewhere in the middle--but it will give me about 90 ads--or 9 pages until someone does the same thing and knocks me off--nb is really cheap right now. Books! How much profits do you make everyday with such low prices? I'm just curious.... You definitely have to find a balance between the price of items/amount sold.

I really have no idea what profit I make. Everything is marked up about 100-200np what I bought it at for most items. I'm making money but have no true way of knowing what profits are. I can tell since I am able to keep adding more stock without having to play a ton of games. Buying only from the ssw makes using the portal a little difficult with the fluxing prices. I'm on page 6 and 7 of NB (cost is about 20 - 30k) and I'm getting about 20 hits a day from it :) I made my own personal NB add for toys. Now don't you all go taking my spots up there! ;)
