Well I do have an idea to give - an alternative to "work it out or close it down"
IF your mall is not 100% full, you can try to merge it. A few branches among themselves if you have a few managers or merge with another mall, if you need an ultimate solution and don't want to leave your mallers hanging mall-less

Yeah, and especially now with the 30-odd malls looking for many shops (mine being one of them) I'm sure if any of them at all feel like me, they'd jump at the slightest opportunity to gain good mallers, so those 30+ members that really want to mall won't be mall-less for long at all (Not if I can help it >D).
