My computer crashes playing the new Game challenge - Can anyone help?
Hope this is the right spot for this. As the title says, it happens around level 4 or 5 everytime. I have tried setting my screen res. to the lowest I can. I always turn off the sound & music options. Nothing else is running on my computer while I play. I have the latest version of the flash player TNT has made me d/l. Try just checking for updates on your flash player just in case, make SURE nothing else is running - check your processes and delete any that are unnecessary. Also turn down the screen size as well as the quality on the game itself. All of that may or may not help, but it's worth trying.

Sorry Crusher. Have you tried in a different browser? I know games run crappy for me in FF sometimes and my computer is only a year old, though a little light on memory. Also, I noticed that the Neopets toolbar really messes with games, even with everything but the alert option turned off. I had to uninstall it for AC (though it doesn't work in the latest version of FF now anyway).

My computer is 4 years old. Last winter I wiped my hard drive and started fresh. I tried using IE & FF for this new game. IE works for the 2 other games that crash. My memory is at 53% (although I'm not sure if it's the memory needed for gaming or total) I don't use any toolbars & run AVG for virus/firewall. Thanks for the input Mina & Kirsty. I had hoped it would be a bug with Neo that others had experienced. And thanks Kirsty for the "quieter members" comment on the contest board.
