Creating a site is easy but keeping up with it is hard, especially when you start running into problems. It's alot harder than running a mall or something.

Surely, I know that, but yea, i know I will run into a heap of problems but I know I can find away to fix them, and yea a mall was hard. lol. but kinda got easier, but, do you know how I could make forums and the script for the accounts of users? If not, then I guess I can find an online guide.

You can try using mybb forums. It's what neomallers used at first but because it was separated from the main site(which is what you're on right now), and i ran a SQL query that messed the whole database up, i decided to make use of the basic forum feature included with the Drupal CMS (in february 2009) which is this forum but this forum without any modifications was so basic and had no features so i fattened it up using the neopets neoboards as inspiration, coded the CSS to make it look nicer, etc etc

As for the brandwidth, just go with Youtube.. I think everyone agrees Youtube doesnt' have enugh ads to bother people?
So you just embed the video but host it on youtube :D
And I used TipCam to record mine, when I did... It allows you to zoom in and get only the game part of the screen or all the screen and it's light and simple to sue :)
no it's not offsite. you download the mybb forum script. Unload it to your web space via FTP. CH MOD the settings files to 666, create the mysql database in phpadmin and voila. the readme file should explain it and it comes with user registration + plugins

I was trying to do that once with cutenews, and for some reason it doesn't work. and I downloaded Filezilla, so how would I create a database from that, I have tried but it refused to follow any commands?

Cutenews is crap imo. Filezilla is only for uploading files, not creating databases. Databases must be done in phpmyadmin but since you're on a free host, you might not be able to create databases, or only be able to create just one, and even then, there might be size restrictions

No. Database is independent of files. Actually, you need to know the basics of how these things work or you're gonna have complete hell
