If your Main Market Mall leader hasn't logged onto Neopets for 1.5 months+ what should you do?

they are a premium member, it doesnt say they havent been on in month and a half... if someone is really quitting, they would probably quit premium too :/

I have a maller who we recently removed.... she was a very good member in the past, but she hadn't updated her shop in 9 weeks, so we asked her to leave... When that happened to me, I stuck with the mall for quite a long time, even after other members had started leaving. I kept in communication with the 2nd-in-command, but we finally both moved on too. It turned out that the leader had severe computer issues and couldn't get online at all, and when she finally got back online she disbanded the mall rather than trying to fill it again. It looks like you have a decent mall. I'd personally try to look around for a temp member and give it a little more time. And for premium people, one way to tell if they've been online at all is to look at their pets. They'll eventually get sad since even if they're lodged, it will run out (unless the person always has sad pets).

[center] Also, if they still have some shop stock, you can try counting that... watch the amounts, and if it goes up and down, they're still online at least some... but if it only goes down... What about the simple option...host the graphic on another site so that you have access to it. If the pet page is on his account copy and paste that somewhere else to where you can have access. This way the only thing that is really happening is that you guys are still moving forward with your current mall. Maybe send the old mall manager a neomail as to what you are doing so when/if he does come back on he is not out of the loop. Maybe even put a message for him on the new mall page incase he doesn't get the neomail. If when he comes back on he doesn't appreciate you using the graphics, then you can update the mall graphic:)

[center] I've had so many things go wrong with my computer preventing me from accessing the internet and such... But I've always made sure to let the members of my mall know, by borrowing a computer, or going to the library, or using a school computer. Thanks for the input everyone. 3 members have quit the mall since garu left and without me trying to organize the mall there really wouldn't be a mall in my opinion. I watched my last mall die for the very same reason. The leader left for a couple months and no one took control. The leader did eventually come back but it was too late to save the mall. I kinda think a banner change might be nice. Then we can change some categories and whatever.
