Anyone Want To Make A New Mall Group?
Rhiannon(animechick_11) and I(Brandon, bdonballer2) are thinking about making a mall group. I was thinking about starting with a big mall(shop size 100+) and a medium mall(size 60+). I stock collectables and light faerie quest items. My shop size is 168 right now. I am on Neopets at least once a day. I can not make graphics or make html, but I can use html if I get the layout for it. We could use one( or hopefully 3+) graphic makers for the mall group. We would need mall name suggestions and someone that can make the mall banner. I am collectables and light faerie quests and animechick_11 is clothing/grooming and the 2 faerie quests that are attached to it. So that means, ALL other spots are OPEN. We would like dedicated mallers who care about their shop and will restock at least 4 times a week.

I like the mall I am in, but I would like to make my own. You know, be adventurous, lol. It will give me something to do on Neopets.

There are graphics already on NeoMallers that you can use. Some other malls might using them too, but it gives you a quick start until you find someone who wants to do custom graphics. Also you could start a mall and still stay in your current mall. (i.e. there is no requirement your store is in the mall group you start)

That is true, but I don't want to use the basic ones on here that every little tiny mall is using. I want to just make one so I can have more fun on the site.

Just wanted to throw in my two cents. There are already a lot of malls out there, especially ones at the size you are targeting. Unless you have the time and dedication and mall members as equally dedicated, being in a mall isn't really going to do much for your sales. Even main market malls (sizes 600+) are struggling today. There is just not enough traffic on Neo in general for all the malls out there. Now if you're set on making your own mall, you need to establish your rules and be clear and fair. And until you know you can manage it and/or find people to fill it, you should only have one mall. Manaaing two from the start, when you don't know how it'll work out, is a waste of time for everyone involved. There are a lot of malls of all sizes that are constantly looking for fillers since people change malls, lose interest or becomr too busy in real life. Managing a mall and figuring out its dynamics is hard work. When done well, it can be rewarding, but be sure to know why you are doing it in the first place.
