That's kind of a whacky policy--I don't see how it would be a problem if your careful. Person A sets up nf auctions and one person bids--easy enough to get around--legally.
Also--it's not a freezable offense to let a friend know you are putting a bunch of cheap items in your shop. Your friend just has to be fast enough to get them all--but since it is in the shop it is fair shot to everyone.
