And Aunty, Granny, Uncle categories. I read the article.... and thought of malling/ this forum. It brings up many interesting points that have been debated here -- How to best price your shop, how to advertise, what makes people actually BUY verses just window shop, how to not scare people away... what makes people stay in your shop, and so on. Okay, so the article's about Restaurants, but it still applies. =p *I liked the point about NOT ending a price in .99. *The four different types of customers is interesting.... *I now would LOVE a graphic that has something wonderful (a cool looking graphic) in the upper right hand corner.
