Signed Out?
So I'm trying to figure out why this is happening - and I have an idea but just to be on the safe side I decided to see what everyone on here thought before I really started worrying. It seems on a regular basis I'm being logged off my Neopets account and asked to put in my password - I think its like a weekly-bi-weekly manner. As soon as I enter my password it hasn't been changed and nothing is ever taken. I always change my password after that just in case because of all the CG attempts. Now since its regularly happening - same time frame in between - I'm thinking it might have something to either do with Neopets logging me out purposely or Firefox. I know with my yahoo account after 2 weeks even though it "remembers" me, it signs me out for security purposes or what not. Does Neopets do the same thing? And if not is there a way to check if Firefox is doing it to me? Thanks!

Happens here with Firefox also.. Webmail does it all the time.. I never log back in with the page that comes up and always go to neopets home page and log in

Been happening for ages. Even after a HDD reformat and updating ff browser.. Nothing has stopped it. For me it is mostly when I click on the daily links in my webmail.. (No they are not scams or CG's) .. I just get use to it *lol*

I've never had that problem but I think I've heard with FF that you have to empty your cache now and then and that helps. I do get logged out after opening a webmail sometimes, but that's about it.

I have to log in to get to webmail, but neopets stays logged in for me unless I log in from another browser

I updated my Java a while ago and that seemed to help the logging out I'd get when I went to webmail
