It's a very relaxed mall in my opinion. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ About Med school: I'm currently studying Dentistry in The Netherlands, although I'm from Belgium. In Belgium you only need to pass one insane entry exam. If you pass this exam, you can start meds or dentistry. (It's the same exam). You're tested on knowledge of math/chemistry/... but you also need to pass an IQ test, a reading test and a communication test. If you fail on one, you fail on all. I tried it 3 times, but failed every time on only one of the parts.. After my second attempt I also tried in the Netherlands and there I was accepted right away. I know med school is not easy. Especially when you want to specialize in something of which there are only a few spots available. (Since then you need to pass each year with really good grades.) But as you get more experienced with university life, it will all become easier for you to handle. You work when you have to work, but you enjoy your student life just as much. I think most normal intelligent people can handle university. You just need to work when needed. I'm not too intelligent, but I'm in my second year now and I still go out almost daily with friends.
