Anyone else having probs getting into their premium webmail
When I click log in it just keeps cycling back to the log in page

Where are you trying to access it from? I go through the portal to sign in, and it worked the other day for me.

Yep through the portal.. Never had any probs before doing it that way and I can see 1 new message SHH event for today and cant log in PW and username is correct

Hey Gavin Im not having any problems but i do remember having trouble with it ages ago. I had a hell of a time getting it sorted in the end i gave up and just had to wait for neo to do something about it.

Happened to me to before. I just used a different browser & it worked. But then it worked on it's own on firefox again.
