Just thought I'd warn others of a malicious site I came across on a fake Neopets help website. Its called Antivirus 2009. It is said to be found through some "Adult" sites, and warez, but my computer was infected after visiting a fake neopets help site through Google. A pop-up will, well, pop up (:P) saying that you've got a virus, and then, in the background, the malicious software will begin installing, without you pressing anything. CLOSE THE WINDOW QUICK! Trying to exit by click the X at the top corner of the screen won't work, because a pop upwill come up saying "are you sure you want to quit?" or something along those lines, and no matter what you press, it won't quit. Go to Task menu (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) and close it from there, or unplug your computer, but do it quickly, before the program has installed! That was my second encounter with the program, my first encounter came a few weeks earlier, when it installed without my knowledge! goodness knows how, but if you do end up with it, google how to remove it, I forgot the name of it, but there are some free softwares out there, so don't pay for one. You will need to use Firefox to get the removal software, because Anti-virus doesn't let you use IE! on every webpage it says that it has blocked the website for your safety. Anti-virus 2009 uses a logo similar to Windows, making unaware "victims" trust it. Antivirus 2009 will try to get you to pay $50 to "remove all threats", and I nearly fell for it. Wow, I'm out of breathe, or rather, my fingers are cramped :P anyway if you bothered to read everything I said, now you know :P
