I've tried twice and it appears to be offline. I'm not sure if it's your doing or if it's just the site.
Yeah i took it offline. That server does not provide enough resources for neomallers so i'm getting it cancelled. Unfortunately, it's been a week and my money still hasnt been refunded -.-
My current host also gave me a special deal (don't know why though) so I paid for it. And now that charge has disappeared from my credit card statement. I contacted my host and they said my payment has reached them. It's weird lol but i guess I cant complain - free hosting for 1 year :D!!
(well not really, i'm sure they'll say the payment glitched or something eventually)
