Speaking of rules someone told me about a year ago that TNT posted something about pricing the Petpet Laboratory Map all different prices is considered scamming. You know the shops that will have all of their Petpet Laboratory Map's priced at 777 then maybe one or two priced at 7,777. Do anyone know if this is true? Because if someone sees a lot of pieces at 777 and they want to buy the whole set then they just click their way down the line. TNT is against anything that could deceive people. It would probably fall into the same category as having a black font on a black background for them.

I dont know what TNT think or if they would warn/ice for it, but I wouldnt do the 777np & 7777np thing. *maybe* I'd do like 777 & 5000? or something? It just bugs me that the 777/7777 is just one digit off and feels very scamish, ya know?

This affects selling as well as pricing. I just recently decided to stock bottled faeries at market to boost hits and am having problems with someone who consistently keeps 12 items stocked in her shop. I am guessing she stores the rest in her sdb and replenishes from that. She buys up all my faeries every time she logs in, even though they are only 5 nps cheaper than hers, so I don't get a lot of hits off of them. I am making a profit off the faeries but I put them up to increase hits to my shop which she is negating. I feel like mailing her to stop it! :P

TNT's warning that price has changed has stopped a lot of that but I wonder if that type of pricing might be what you are seeing while in the shop.

When I've seen pricing like this I usually send them a friendly email asking if they knew their prices were like that or if it was a mistake since I had heard it was scamming but I wasn't sure. They usually change it or even take them out completely :D There is also another user on here that throws dung at them, her favorite item to throw is a Double Dung Hot Dog *lol* hey its just a game right? People that buy a bunch of items like that just to be cheapest is... well just not the smartest thing to do in my opinion. If you want to be the cheapest & you have the SSW then most of the time you get people in your shop that has the SSW & they usually won't buy anything if your not the cheapest. But my thoughts about sales could be a lot different than most. I have a lot of gallery shoppers come in & buy a lot of items at once. So for my shop I prefer the huts, ads & SW to bring in my visits. Getting plenty of hits off my hut today so not going to mess with faeries. Just going to stock them when at bottom/middle of hut. Selling plushies, I also get alot of gallery customers.

Over pricing is ok of course... misleading pricing was considered a scam. I really wish I could find it. And yes, if I was in a hurry and got caught by one of the 777...7777... 77777 (that one hurt) I throw a double dung hot dog at them... let your imagination take you where you wish *lol* I have yet to have anyone accept it though *lol*
