Portal Question - comments section
How do I put comments in the sales history area of the portal? I want to note certain events that affect my sales, but can't figure out how to add a comment in this area. I've used the comments in the manage stock area just fine, but in the sales history area, I'm stumped. Thanks for any help anyone can give :)

Oh crap. There used to be a comments button and when you clicked on it, it would tell you to double click on the dates. *makes note* Anyways you can add/edit comments by double clicking one of the sale dates

I tried to input my sales history information for the first time today, and for some reason it is not letting me paste the history in the box. I have tried paste, control v, and restarting the portal but I still can't input this data. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a glitch today?

When I first started using portal, I was always tring to paste it into the wrong box :P Dunno if your problem is as simple as that, but I thought I'd suggest it, make sure you're trying to put it in the right place :D

It even says so in the tutorials too
Error message? Operating system? Browser?
I am sure I am using the right box to input data. It is the only box that that type of data can be placed. There is no error message, I am using Windows XP and IE7. There is no response at all to trying to copy and paste. If I try to process anyway I get a message saying something to the effect that there is nothing there to process.

uggh IE7 again. There must be another issue or something with it. Try using firefox (which you probably should be using since IE is the best way to get spyware/viruses)
