Dmitri is right.
When I stock paint, i stock anything to do with paint, just like when I stock petpets, I stock anything to do with petpets.... like any item with a petpet in it. Angelpuss backpack, harris chair, grooming your faellie.
When you have a category, think about the items you can sell. It increases the amount you can stock and adds variety.
Unless you say you can paint with all the items or "paint your pet with this item", you are in no way scamming.

As you can see, they stock any item to do with painting and are clearly not frozen. I did the same thing. It's totally ok :D
