yeah, i agree that too many people go right to her, but she really has helped so many people so it's kind of inevitable once word gets around. it seems that it's amazing that i got my account back at all when i was frozen several years ago, before she was around =P
she did look into a pet that i lost a while ago, and got back to me surprisingly quickly considering all the email she must get.
