I tried it and it found 150 viruses that neither Microsoft, McAffee, or Symmantec could find -- excellent program!

I don't know of any aint-virus programs but there is a program called super-antispyware and I recommend it to everyone I know. It removes pretty much 100-800 spyware the first time you download it...it is a really good program.
One program will not be the best of any other. To get good coverage, I'd suggest downloading the following free versions of these applications:
Adaware
Malwarebytes
Symantec
Spybot Search and Destroy
Having all those should cover almost any virus/cookie/adware/malware/whatever you can accidentally download.
