Looking for Mall Management.
I currently run Mall of Neopia, and am about to open up a new mall. I cannot decide if I'm looking for someone to completely run Mall of Neopia and report to me ever so often, or if I just want someone to help me run it. I guess that will depend on the responsibility of people that want to take over. Thanks :) Yeah, loads of rules. Mostly common sense, but sometimes people have to be reminded of those... The birthday thing is so that I can send a gift / card on your birthday. Since that's would be considered an "announced giveaway", tis better not to explain it.

Absolutely nothing :) Just decided to open a new one more for people that are wanting to move up to Main Market. The majority of the members in my mall are 200 and below. It's more for people that enjoy malling, but don't necessarily have the computer time to spend restocking and upgrading.

This is the new banner. I'm having a bit of trouble though... 1. I'm not sure if it's like, "enough with the snowflakes". I thought it was a reasonable amount (I was going to have 4, but I knew that would be overkill) and I like the smaller "snowflake dots". Just not sure what it looks like to eyes other than mine. 2. I have NO idea where to put Faerie Quests and Shop of the Month. I have a Faerie Quests Page that links to the banner. So I don't need all 6 Faeries at the bottom. Just one clickable part that says "Faerie Quests". I wanted to put FQ and SotM on the snowflakes... But now I think I like them by Happy Holidays where they are. UGH. Not sure what would look nice.

I would finish the grid and you'll have two extra buttons. Put SOTM and FQ in the top row, middle two buttons. Make the text a little different (different border /shade something to draw attention but not too much to mess up the symmetry of the banner). Perhaps only the words with no images even. I would probably make all of the buttons more white or even silver/chrome/metallic. The grey you have now is a little cold. You can use white and just make it transparent also. As for the snowflakes, I like them and think you have enough. I have 19 shops :( It would have worked and looked great though if I only had 18 :D Definitely going to fix those buttons. I had them grey, but with white in the middle (the radial gradient), so it looked a lot better than now. Will make sure I lighten them up. The glitter is a great idea, unfortunately I have never been able to do that. I've attempted, and failed, multiple times.

Le Finished Product ( minus the pictures and text on the shops). I like the title and Happy Holidays beveled & embossed. It kind of makes them look like they're made of ice.
