I have ALWAYS been skeptical about these since you have to spend so much for them but I am convinced now that it works, even for Avatars which I wouldn't think would be very popular. The board I participated in this week is at number 1 today and I have gotten 78 hits today alone! WOW!
I have also been keeping up with the hits before today. The ad started at the #9 position so the hits have been slowly building this week. As for sales, my sales and profits have jumped this week dramatically.
I am so glad I joined a board finally!!

You should check out your overall profits for today as well verses a typical sunday with no ad, just to check you are still nicely in the green, 78 hits from a top ad seems kind of low to me, but then i've never been on an ad for a spot like avatars.
I personally am on three ads right now, all on page one, closest to top is currently third and i have 72 nb ad hits, I wish I could tell which ads they were all coming from as thats just an insane number considering the ad placements *lol*
Now I have 85 NB Ad hits and I am +52,937 NP for my average on Sunday and I have 7 more hours to go, Yay! :)
Yes, it would be nice to see where those hits are coming from! It would be interesting to see if most of them are coming from one and which one it is.

How much did the button cost? As technically you are only in the green as it were once you have covered the cost of the button and passed your normal profit amount
I know I don't always cover the last part myself, but ads are mostly worth it anyway so long as the cost is being made back. Extra hits come to you throughout the week leading to possible extra sales, and of course it all leads to potential bookmarks
My first time participating in my own advertisement and it peaked yesterday. I'm so glad I was on it. Profits were sky-high. Although, I didn't reach my biggest profit day, it still paid off. I just don't believe why I didn't participate on my own advertisement before. I've missed so many peak days.
First time being on a 4 mill nb ad for wearables and I am surprised by the results. My ad is right now bottom on the first page and got 24 hits so far! (40% of total hits). I am pretty sure I made 50k+ today due to the ad. I just can't wait for the results on peak day. :)

I paid 150K for the button.
I have had 210 hits from it this week.
I have profited 408K more this week.
Usually my profits are up and down but I have consistently gone up since joining the ad. Hurray! I was planning to do this calculation to be sure I was doing as well as I thought, LOL!
