Frozen for helping!
I am SO pissed off right now. Someone hacked into my husband's account beginning of the week. They deleted his email and changed his password. I reported for him. Now they froze my whole family. The only way we are even linked if being neofriends and I have the main account and the rest of my family have subaccounts. I can not believe they would freeze my account or my children for me reporting

I'm so sorry. When I was frozen, whoever got into mine somehow got my pin too. They say they can't, but all I know is no one at my house but me when this happened, and I was restocking my shop when it happened. So, I'd always have a pin just in case, but the last time I was frozen when I was hacked it didn't help. They got all my cash, my trading post items, and they transferred my pea chia, Masterpeas. My bank and my pet pounding was pinned, and it didn't help. I got my account back in about a week after sending in a premium report. Put any information you can remember about each account. The last time it happened I didn't even bother with the side account, because those forms are a pain, but filling them out gets attention faster then the regular forms. I hate this happened to you. I think it is super weird they froze all of you.

The only thing I can think of why they froze all of us is after my husband realized what happened we had the kids go into their accounts change passwords and put pins. My oldest adopted my one husbands pet that was in the pound. My youngest son when he logged in popped up and error saying the email was deleted. Which meant someone hacked his account but did not change the password. I just don't get it. I hope you and your family get your accounts back safely :( I am wondering though, if we were to not save neopet cookies then would it then not be possible to get CG'd ?
