First you got to make your own mall banner. Than you should make a mall petpage for members to go to for updates. And than find/recruit the members for your mall. That is basically it in general. Good luck!

Ummm to be honest, take some grammar lessons, upgrade your shop, learn to make mall banners, and gain some social skills, before you even think about starting a mall ;)
