Hi all, sorry I couldnt find the answer on the site, I just had a quick question. I deleted all my sales info from portal, because I wanted to start fresh now that I feel my stock has settled since I added painting and maps to my training luck shop. Anyway. I deleted all my days of sales history, and reset my item count and sales profits, but it still shows all my customer data from the past. I enjoy using the customers feature, any chance of getting that to reset to 0 also before I start inputting data again. I tried to find the customer file on c:/neomallers but no luck for me and my lack of computer skill lol. Thanks for the help

I messed up the first one I did really bad so I made a new one.
Just thought I'd let you know regarding that email I sent you earlier I use that spot under Comments in the Portal to list the person I bought from before. It will not help with the maps but I love it for the PB.

@TX thanks :) I thought of uninstalling and reinstalling it, I just didnt want to lose the database. I think theres an easy way to save it, but I figure the answer to deleting customer info was probably something quick and silly I was overlooking. Even if I couldnt I think my database is only like 80 items since I didnt include spooky and treas maps ( b/c theres only one name but prices vary) and the petpet lab map counts as 1, so I could redo it pretty quick. Good call on that tip also. Ive come to recognize some usernames now just form shopping but, the using the comments would help more, ill try that:).

Delete the folder called db_customers under the user folder

EDIT-Deleted post. My user folder didnt have the file you mentioned. I asked for further help but decided not to put anyone out trying to solve the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the portal, and redid my database. Evertyhing is good now, thanks for the help :)
