Definitely not lol. Japan is actually one of the most competitive places, not to mention, their technology surpasses canada by so many years. What's coming out now in Canada has been in Japan for a very long time

Thats just a number lol. The canadian school system is so crappy and straight forward, you barely learn anything. Any idiot can graduate in Canada. I'm very bored by my school work, theres no thinking involved, just writing down facts from textbooks :/ And it shows, a lot of people I know have very minimal general knowledge, its not unusual for me to be asked what language I spoke in Scotland -.-

We visited scotland once and my dad couldn't understand the guys accent and so told him to speak english... gosh was so embaressing!
