Portal Error: Run-time error '13': Type mismatch.

It was fine this morning ... however when I try to open the portal ... It gets to "Applying your settings" and then it gives me a Run-time error '13': Type mismatch. I have done a system restore. I am not sure what else to do other then to delete it and reinstall. Here is a screen shot ... does anyone have any idea what to do? It looks like Dmitri isn't online...

oh I forgot to add that I have Windows XP pro 32 bit ... english service pack 3 and I am using firefox 3.5.1

I also did a system restore. The only other thing I know to do is maybe uninstall it and then reinstall it ... but my question is ... is there anyway to save my database?

I'd wait before you do anything like that until Dmitri or somebody who knows about this stuff gives you the okay, just to be safe. (: And speaking of games...you could play that new game challenge game and try to get the background I have! :* x)

Try reinstalling it and no it wont delete your database unless you specifically delete the neomallers folder

Do I need to uninstall it .. I have clicked to uninstall and it asks me if I want completely remove neomallers portal and all of its components? Wouldn't that delete the folder as well?
