Anchors in shop?

Well I know how to make anchors in a petpage (like click here to go to x and x is on the same page)... I've seen people with "click here to skip the banners and go to the items" and they use the anchor #i usually... But how do you assign the #i "name" ... I thought it could be something native from Neopets and you only had to do the link, but that doesn't seem to work so.. erm.. yeah, I dunno how to do it, anyone know how to or know any tutorials for that?

Hopefully the code shows... I think you can hit quote to see it if it doesn't Just stick that code where ever you want the anchor to be.
