I need some malling Help.

Ok, I dont have too much time to manage my mall anymore. Along with that, a couple of my managers for other branches feel the same. I am looking for new staff and asking all members. The search isnt going too well. I was seeking some help as to what I should do? I want to keep the malls opened, i have thought about closing them but that would mean over 30 members would me mall-less. So i would only like to use that as a last option. You could try asking your mall members, you might be able to find someone willing to help out or take over. If you cant find new people, then you have no choice than to close it really...

Probably should close it down then. In my experience, when a mall is handed over to another person, it generally does not do well and may eventually close abruptly. And school is starting so alot of malls are going to die anyways. You cant really avoid the mall-less situation - it happens every year.

Well if you can log in every day (or even every week and you have good members, you dont need to close it. In my case as mall leader, i barely do anything anyways. Just check up on hut positions, stock, and move in and out, play with graphics from time to time and that's it. Nothing more i can do even if i wanted to. However, if you dont have good members, then you'd be in a fix as you'd be recruiting all the time due to mall hoppers and the like.

Well main market isnt the solution. It helps slightly... but i know alot of good working mini mallers and gallon of slacking, horrible mall hoppers that are main :P

Yeah but with the right tools, it does get easier though. For instance, all of my xmart admin stuff is managed dynamically on this site via a php script. Mall banner codes are generated in real time with just a click of a button and membership info can be modified with just a click, etc. The petpage reflects what's on the database so no need to change that separately either I was planning to make this available to the public but that wont be happening soon since summer is almost over
