Forgot password and email on old NeoMallers account

Yeah I quit a little while ago and threw out that info. I've since then forgot it and so I made a new account. This however, is causing trouble for me since I cannot create a new counter. I just recently joined NeoBoutique and was hoping to do so on here as well. I don't quite know what to do, if there's anything that can be done please let me know.
