Please help! I've been frozen and need neofriends and advice!
Many of you probably saw my post the other day that I was CG'd I believe. Well now I have been frozen. Can anyone help me by posting your username if we are friends or by offering any advice. I know I need to find those petpages too with advice. My side is thephillygirl if anyone needs to contact me on Neo

Sorry to hear littrell :( I know the jist is you need to contact people, youll prob get a form response back, and then contact them until you get a form to fill out about your neopets information that is listed on this petpage http://www.neopets.com/~shimmeringbliss , which you can visit from your side if you want to start gathering info or writing responses. Im sorry I cant be more helpful with who you need to contact, but im sure someone will come along that knows better then me. Hope you get your account back in one piece, best of luck to you.

Hey, It's "1434sweet". I'm sorry to hear what had happened to your account. I really do hope you get it back. I had my account frozen 6 months ago and it was due to some kind of monitor glitch. But in your case, it may be different. Anyways, what I did was I did the form like what Nilrem said and I got an automated response from the neopetsteam after around 3-5 days. After you receive that you'll need to reply to that automated response and address the issue personally. You will get a quicker response after that and hopefully, they can check your account if it is true. Let us know your progress. I won't be posting your category on the advertisement right now and I'll temporarily find a "Fashion" filler for this week's advertisement that you are in. So don't you worry about nothing. thanks for the help & support you guys! I really appreciate it... Good news is it was one of those messages about it being frozen for my protection, so I am hoping I'll get it back after that incident this past weekend. And thanks for saving my spot in the ad ;) the only thing I can think that I was frozen for that I could have done was using other people's ideas for Food Club bets? But I did look it up & it didn't seem to be a problem from the rules. Other than that, I have no idea! I haven't even been on my side in days, nor did I do much today other than zap my pets. I haven't restocked in days either. So we'll see! Please keep your fingers crossed for me. I never was a believer when ppl said they didn't do anything - I always assumed they had & were whining. But now I won't judge them anymore...

Its def not the FC bets b/c the people who post would be frozen 1st and people have been doing it a long time. Otherwise I think its a precaution to stop cg's from spreading. If you report the shop sometimes you get frozen or perhaps when they catch a cg'er they can retrace some of the people they scammed. I think they freeze in an attempt to reduce the losses from the account, and to verify they werent working w/ the cg'er etc.

You shouldn't get frozen for that, many users do the same. I would say it was automatically done because of someone getting access to your account. Good luck!

thanks guys for the help and explanation...LUCKILY I had some browsers still open from last nite that had LOTS of information that helped me fill out that form (such as a stocks, what I bet on the last FC round, what neo-friends were online, etc). This really helped me alot in filling out that form... So let me ask - should I be hopeful or what? How often are people unfrozen when they haven't done anything? I can tell you based on what they wrote it would seem hopeful (at least I'm not being accused of cheating - thank God!). I know Texas from RIM's was unfrozen, but I don't know the story exactly. I hope the same can come from this!

I know that they OFTEN send a bogus auto reply at first... something like, you gave your password away, or it was a guessable password or some crap. and you will probably have to keep pestering them to get it back. But just keep trying and good luck :)
