The best way I know is to do a search by price at one of the items databases. The one I usually use is below. You'll have to search for each book shop individually in the database (Books, Booktastic Books, Faerie books, etc.) so it can take some time. The prices are not fully accurate, as they change too often, but they'll still give you a rough idea. Somebody has a list of the 1,000 cheapest books in Neopia, but I don't remember where I saw that. The easiest way is just to find someone who has a cheap shop and just buy the ones in the price range you want. You may pay 100-200 nps more for them that way, but what it saves in time is huge. It's cheaper to spend that time playing games than wasting it looking for the very lowest shop price. As far as where to buy them, I would not use the neopian stores for most books because they just cost too much that way. Doing a SSW search will find the lowest price.
