I have an item that I can not find anywhere else in neopets.

I was told before that you could find out what number the item is that you have (as in the very first in neopets) I have an item that I could not find another of. could someone please tell me how to find out what number this item might be Thanks Agular/big_bad_cad

You have to put it in your shop unpriced and then view the source of the page. Its easier if you order by cost so it is near the top of the items. In the source you will see the item name and you will see something like this: select name=back_to_inv[124] The number inside of the brackets is the item number.

I want to find out how many items have been given or sold before this item... I hope it is the first of its kind..

there is nothing in the item description that says how many of that item has been released. so the number you are looking at is the ID number - which means it is the 45670th item released by TNT. It is only R77 so don't get your hopes up that it's like wicked valueable. It's UB at the moment, but that's just because it's fairly new.

The price is definitely up to you to decide but price it reasonably and it will sell fast.

If you set the price at 99,999 I doubt anyone can search and buy it that quickly. Unless you are familiar with looking at page sources that method is difficult to find an item ID. I think it's easier to find the ID# from your SDB. Hover on "Remove One" to the right of item Qty. You'll see 4 numbers in brackets (0,1,'','0') The first # is the SDB page (i.e. 30,60,90, ...). The second # is the item ID. There are a bunch of other ways, like in your gallery, or from shop wiz.
