HUGE problem in my guild. Please help!

There is this really immature brat who keeps on joining our guild and keeps spamming our guild messages. Right after they spam they always quit the guild. The thing is, you are not allowed to ban people from your guild who are not actually in your guild. So this person always gets away with the spam. It's irritating to the max. We have already reported them to TNT but they are not doing anything. So if anyone has a solution to this problem to stop this person once and for all please post. Making the guild private is definitely not an option and answers more intelligent than refreshing on their lookup at random times until they join again is much appreciated. Thanks.

thats really annoying :( unfortunately, other than making the guild private theres not much you can do but hang in there until someone with admin powers happens to be at the guild at the same time he is.

We had one in the guild I was in and we made the guild private for just a week and they stopped coming around. My guess is that they attempted to join, found out they couldn't and went elsewhere. We also neomailed her and explained that spamming was against neopet rules and that we were reporting her and she could get suspended. One or the other did it.

Either that or get some mod to be O.O eyes wide open and checking the list all the time to ban the person... But that's a lot more trouble :/

Most of them don't even go to the messages that often because of rl. And to add to that this person spams at random times and most frequently at night when there is hardly anyone around. So you can see why it would be very hard to catch them.

The guild leader just won't allow the guild to become private. :( As for neomail warnings we have warned this person many times but they seriously don't care about their account and only come to neopets to spam our guild. I am guessing they are a past member who was blocked and came back for revenge.

Especially since they post at random times so they could be refreshing for hours and she doesn't even come on. =/

Even if you did ban him/her, they would probably just make a new acc and start spamming again...
