Neo down & Neomallers slow?

Few mins ago, my neopets stopped loading and neomallers started lagging really bad (taking ~30secs - 1min to load a page ). Is this happening for others? Im wondering if its my net, but all other sites seem to be loading fine besides these 2 ... the ones I use most!!! :P

I haven't been able to get ANY page on Neopets to load in over an hour now. I can't even visit the main Neopets.com page. :( But the good news is... perhaps this means they are doing a major site overhaul and fixing all the security leaks!
