Mm, I don't know if anyone has suggested this before (and if they have I'll shut up. :O)... But it would be really awesome if you could change the Warning Level on all of your items... I currently have this set to 2, when I should have set it to 1 (2 is the number I have of most items when fully stocked, at least for now). As far as I can tell right now, I can either individually edit this number on all 709 items (no thanks), or uninstall the file that contains my data and reload everything. The second option is what I'll probably wind up doing, but it would be so handy to be able to apply new settings to existing items. Then again, I might just be lazy, and I might be the only person who would ever use a feature like that. :O

If I understand you correctly, you can -- go to the settings (first page you come to middle left) -- then look to the bottom right "warning levels & multipliers" change that Default low-stock level to 1.

I do believe that is for when you add in new stock, not to update existing stock.
Although mine is correct now, when I made the transition from the older Portal 7 to the new one this would have been very useful!

Sorry, you are right -- I think this was a feature in one of the earlier versions if not I thought it worked that way and used it that way without checking, LOL!

You can go into Admin and click "Reset Warn Levels" To set them all to default.

Oo, thanks. That worked. Last time I tried to get into the admin options they didn't do anything... but I think the portal was updated between then and now. :D
Now I only have 93 items low in stock, instead of most of them. :P
