Category change?

I'm considering a category change. My shop size is currently 344 and I stock 15 pages of books. I'm thinking about changing to a more popular catagory but I'm not sure which category would be good. The only thing that I'm not considering is wearables. Or should I keep my current stock until my shop is a larger size? Any input would be nice. Thanks.

Yeah, for a month I've started opening a bookstore, but it's kinda hard to price everything, and I've only finished pricing about 1/3 of my books, but they keep selling even though I'm not in a mall yet because they're so commonly used, Food shops aren't even as productive because a lot of people put their neopets in the neolodge for 28 days at a time so that they don't have to bother feeding them expensive stuff, Books disappear after you use them. So obviously I just keep rising my prices each time something sells a lot or out in a day (I keep 6 in stock of almost every item, except a couple that never seem to sell), but it's a really active category. Obviously you already knew that part because you do restock books, but I just want to give the heads up that in most Malls the Books spot is filled just because of these reasons. Maybe I'm just getting bored with the catagory. I know my prices are way overpriced..I only get a few buys a day. I need to re-price but the idea of repricing 15 pages of stock doesn't sound like much fun.

Repricing is better than trying to get all new stock and pricing that. Take your time to price it, if people go for one book, they may buy another that you didn't price yet. Be patient. It's all a game, and you have to use trial and error to get a good price range. Good luck.

I'd reprice the first 30 or first 60 items. Then people coming in think that your first page of books are cheap/fairly priced, then when they view the next page(s), they think they are fairly priced also and buy them.

Don't think about repricing 15 pages. Just reprice half a page, then come back later and reprice another half. Every page you reprice will increase your sales for that day and you may not even need to reprice all of them to see the sales volume you want. Every little bit helps! :) ~ Love books? People will buy a reasonably priced item and come back for more even if they are not so reasonably priced:)

You might also want to consider food or petpets. They are not bad.
