Of what I have I've been trying to prepare a bookshop to join a mall, which I see is already filled in yours.
My life is too busy currently to update every other day even.
That NB ad (Though I notice it's not mandatory currently) Wouldn't help at 15K a person, Just a suggestion, because it would be between 200-250K range, in the middle of the NB ads, and never looked at. As I've seen talked about around the forum, effective NB ads need to truly be 4mil and at the top of the charts, or else only weird people will see them.

Speaking of nb ads, we used to do 75k fees which was a killer. I hardly got any hits from the ad and it just killed my profits. Thank goodness there is no more of that. :P

I am a member of the Nursery Malls and I think they have the best system for non-market size shops that post NB Ads. We donate a certain amount every two weeks and our manager gets us as high up on the board as possible and whatever is left goes into a treasury. The Ads have been so weird that one of the branches has almost 4 mil in the treasury. (Weird meaning getting on page 2 or 3 was only 300k or so a few times I think).
Honestly, unless you are on page 1-4 you will get VERY few hits from an AD -- maybe 4 or 5 in the week it is up. Sooo not worth it! But at least you aren't asking members to contribute much. However I still think a better use of neopoints would be to put them in the stock market or more shop stock/upgrades for all of your mall members.

You don't have to Bump every few minutes or few hours on neomallers. Every few days will do. If you want constant exposure, try bumping in the shop ads of the neoboards. Heck, try the Battldome Chat too *yarr*
