Sales history not working?

Sales history not working?
hey, whenever I submit my sales history, it says "Run time error '5': Invalid procedure call or arguement". Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks *star* This happens when using Internet Explorer - This will be fixed in NeoMallers 7

Can you please include a screenshot? You can upload it via file attachment. What I want to see is the part where you're just about to click the process button. Also, it would be helpful if you stated which browser you're using and operating system - thanks!

nevermind, it works if I uncheck "ignore non-mall items" and only enter one item at a time. Thanks so much for making this wonderful software :)

You shouldnt have to do that. It sounds like you havent set up the initial database properly. The tutorials can help you in setting this up.

I'm having the same problem. Here I hit process: http://neomallers.com/files/saleshistory0.jpg After I hit the process button it shows up blank as shown here: http://neomallers.com/files/saleshistory1.jpg Then when I hit confirm, it then gives the error as shown here: http://neomallers.com/files/saleshistory2.jpg

Hi. Did you create an item database? If not, you would have to uncheck "Ignore Mall Items" More information in setting up this database can be found here: http://www.neomallers.com/node/83

So when you go to the item database, you can see the list of items? Also, which browser are you using?
