Must be blind LOL.. Anyone help
Can't seem to find the place to alter my time zone.. My Neo Portal is showing 1 hr in front of what it should be.
It was ok before the daylight saving change over.. We don't have that here

I don't see anywhere to alter it -- I guess since Neo is in America they just aren't thinking about anyone else -- Egocentric So-and-so's! *lol* Sorry!

Funny thing is my daughters is not premium and hers shows the right neo time *unsure*
Also when I am viewing a shop it also shows the right time
It is just any page with the premium portal setup that is wrong

My portal shows wrong times too.
My time is 12.17pm
Portal left side time is 4.47 am
portal right side time is 12.17 pm, ooh, wow, I just noticed they fixed this one! :)
neo time right now is 3.17 am
Don't know why it's all wrong. it has always been wrong for me and I don't think they will fix it soon.
Glad I'm not the only one having this problem! :)

Are you talking about the local time or the neo time? (On the portal page there are two clocks, one on each side.) Neo time is not adjustable. The local time is adjusted in your portal preferences under the Locale Information tab. You can choose the appropriate time zone there. (Although it only offers Pacific or Eastern. :k )

The actual neotime on the left is wrong only when the page has the portal setup.. when I go into shops these do not have the portal page setup the neotime is on the right and showing correct. So it must be a portal page stuff up
