Neopets (Neocash) Sweepstakes?

Last year there was a neocash sweepstakes (and one of my guild members won a NC card) Does anyone know if there's a giveaway this year? I found this: http://www.neocashsweepstakes.com/index.jhtml?loc=1&sc9ejf2=47184 But it's not a neopets.com website.... Does anyone know if it's valid?

Since I see a nick.com link when I hover over the flag's image, I would assume it is legit. At least, I hope so..I entered in it for the last two day, and all is good so far.

Guess it's is only for America and Canada. I wish there were things for Australia only for a change lol but that would never ever happen
